If you pay yearly, your account will be prorated, you will be given a refund for any unused time remaining, and your account will be canceled.
Governing Law

While we strive to offer a generous number of tickets to our clients we've placed overage limits on all accounts which allows us to maintain our low monthly pricing. NOTE: Most companies never reach the overage limits.
